Description:

Job Title: Site Scheduling Operations Analyst
Weekly Hours: Full time, 32-40 hours per week
Supervised by: Manager of Practice Operations
Posting: Internal / Location: Parkside Pediatrics
Position Overview: Assist the Provider Scheduling team with scheduling responsibilities for Parkside Pediatrics, Parkside Family Medicine, Breastfeeding Center of Greenville, and Parkside Behavioral Health. Works closely with the Provider Scheduling Specialist, other Provider Scheduling Assistants, and Provider Scheduling Admin.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be in current position for six months to be considered for this position
    Work environment and Physical Demands: Requires sitting, standing, and walking associated with a normal physician office environment. Person may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, infectious diseases, blood/bodily fluids, and disease-bearing specimens

Responsibilities:

  1. Load provider schedules in EMR, load resource schedules in EMR, maintain EMR schedule integrity. 35%
  2. Oversee provider request inbox during working hours, enter approved PTO into Amion and EMR, communicate shift changes and/or patient reschedules to appropriate departments, and share in equal rotation with other scheduling assistants of after-hours check-ins for emergent provider call-outs.

  3. Implement results of seasonal projection and capacity reports, updating templated availability in EMR accordingly.

  4. Work in tandem with Provider Scheduling Specialist on extra ongoing projects as needed or assisting urgent daily tasks as needed.
