SITE SERVICE ENGINEERING MANAGER

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Service Engineering Manager to join our team and drive operational excellence in the delivery of our Lifecycle services. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in manufacturing and automation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and cost-effective service delivery, driving quality improvements, and leading a team of dedicated professionals. In addition to operational responsibilities, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting business development, cultivating new client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in life sciences industrial manufacturing operations management or controls and automation.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Manage client expectations and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Implement and oversee service delivery processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Optimize service schedules and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring exceptional service quality.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored automation solutions.
  • Work with account management to identify and implement business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company’s installed base.
  • Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, including project scope, pricing, and timelines.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Set performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and manage staffing needs.
