    The Site Services Operator role involves operating our Biomass boiler, water treatment, wastewater treatment, refrigeration, and compressed air plants. This position is a key role within the operations team as all services must be optimal and reliable for safe, efficient, and continual operation of the site.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining Legible Records, logs, and communication processes to comply with food safety standards, and for effectively managing change between shifts.
  • Operating a Biomass boiler and ancillary equipment.
  • Operating water and wastewater treatment facilities.
  • Operating ammonia refrigeration plant equipment.
  • Operating air compressors.
  • Optimise performance around quality and reliability.
  • Support problem solving.
  • Support winter maintenance activities
