REQUIREMENTS

• Possesses a Diploma in Sciences or Engineering with 0 - 1 years of laboratory experience and able to complete test methods timely and high accuracy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective communication with people from different cultures and levels, both internally and externally
• Being a great teammate to the team and highly skilled to work constructively in teams under time pressure.
• Good English communicative skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software
• Systematic and detail orientated at work.

SPECIALIST WILL BE WORKING IN A MULTI-NATIONAL COMPANY, AND BE PART OF THE BIG THERMO FISHER FAMILY WORKING WITH DIVERSE GROUPS OF COLLEAGUES! THE SPECIALIST WILL EQUIPPED WITH NEW KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING IS PROVIDED.

• Process and post all technical data to work request management and submission system.
• Conduct all assigned work with compliance to meet our organization’s safety and quality requirements.
• Gain direction from Team Leader on work assignments.
• Replenish and check laboratory samples, consumables, and reagent inventory, Maintain equipment records.
• Perform daily laboratory housekeeping and routine basic equipment maintenance.
• Communicate immediately any product testing deviation, instrumentation failures/issues, or any other laboratory anomalies directly to Team Leader.
