TEN Recruitment are working with one of WA’s largest home building companies who now have a new opportunity for a Site Starts Supervisor to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Site Supervisor with experience working within the residential market.
This is a full-time permanent position, with a variety of working both on site and in the office.

Your new role would see you:

  • All pre site start activities are completed and within specification.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and direct staff.
  • Ensure all activated are running to schedule for the timely handover to the construction supervisor.
  • Keep an active and good relationship with subcontractors
  • Liaise with supervisors, administration staff, sales team and construction manager

Ideally, the successful candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years residential experience working within the WA Residential market.
  • A team player, able to work collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent organisation skills and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

This is a permanent position with a salary package up to $115k plus super & full expensed company vehicle.
