Description:
SITE SUPERINTENDENT
Low-Rise Residential
Barrie ON
We are Honeyfield Communities, a progressive, well-established low and mid-rise residential builder, and we’ve been building beautiful homes and communities since 1971. We are passionate about the home building industry and have a desire to make a meaningful impact on the community we serve.
We are currently looking for a new Site Superintendent – someone who will bring excellent interpersonal skills, and strong problem-solving abilities to our award-winning team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience supervising of residential low-rise construction
- Solid working knowledge on Tarion’s Construction Performance Guidelines
- Proficient with MS Office (word, excel, outlook), experience working on Newstar is an asset
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and respond efficiently and effectively to issues and obstacles as they arise
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field is an asset (construction, etc.)
