The Job
The Company
BSV are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Site Supervisor on behalf of our client, a highly successful, privately owned design and build Mechanical Building Services contractor. The majority of the projects being undertaken will be Commercial, but also some Residential, Hospitals, Colleges and Museums projects up to the value of around £2.5m. Our client maintains a strong focus on personal development and there will be ample opportunity for growth within the company for the right person. The Role

As a Mechanical Site Supervisor for our client, some of your duties will include:

  • Providing technical support and organising on-site labour
  • Supervising team of site engineers
  • Producing and implementing work programmes
  • Method statements and risk assessments
  • Snagging works, test certificates and quality assurance
  • Liaising with design team on key issues

Qualifications & Experience

  • Our client is open to candidates at any level of qualification
  • Demonstrable experience Supervising and quality checking Mechanical Building services installations
  • Prior experience in the installations of Mechanical Building Services on Commercial projects
