Site Supervisor/ Engineer (Trenching works)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee our Trenching Works at our company. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of our trial trenching projects, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage workers involved in trenching activities (Trial trench, pipe laying etc), ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to project specifications.
• Coordinate with suppliers and procurement team to arrange necessary materials and permits prior to the commencement of work.
• Collaborate closely with drafter and office administration personnel to ensure accurate and timely completion of trial trench reports.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing any concerns or queries, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the duration of the project.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and protocols.
• Possession of a valid Class 2B or Class 3 driving license is preferred.
