Site Supervisor (LTA projects)

Job Scope/Requirements:

• Coordinate and supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
• Cooperate with safety personnel to ensure adherence to health and safety at all times.

• Assist Project Managers and Project Engineers on the daily execution of permanent and temporary works such as road diversions, drainage and pavement work and etc. • Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.

• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship with observation of strict deadlines.
• Perform equipment, materials, and routine inspections.
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• Maintain and update work progress records, housekeeping and prepare reports.
• Responsible for manpower planning and usage at site.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering
• Candidate with Certificate in Pavement Construction & Maintenance will be an added advantage
• Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills
