NOW LET US TELL YOU ABOUT THE ROLE:

Ballymount facility provides waste and recycling services to commercial and domestic customers. Site activities include the transfer and processing of waste and recyclables with the objective of producing best possible quality of recyclables and waste payloads under highest H&S and Environment al standards and costs constraints

ROLE PURPOSE:

• The smooth, safe and efficient operation of the waste transfer and recycling building and open yard under highest environmental standard;
• Managing on site operations and resources through teams and individuals to maximise value to Panda;
• Responsible for truck and plants maintenance and liaison with drivers and operators on maintenance;
• Responsible for trucks taxes, DOE and ensuring of good general condition of trucks, plants and equipments;
• Responsible for producing most efficient waste payloads;
• Responsible for optimising segregation of waste on site and producing best quality recyclable loads;
• Responsible for operating Plastic recycling plant in most efficient and compliant manner;
• Ensuring of delivery and collection of collection of bins for domestic and commercial wheelie bins following Panda bin tagging system;
• Ensure Health and Safety is a priority;
• Motivate site teams / individuals to improve performance;
• Communicate company goals to employees;
• Resolution of issues and conflicts in accordance with Company procedures;
• Optimize employee productivity and asset utilization.
