SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role working as a Site Supervisor is essential
  • Relevant building trade qualifications
  • You must be a permanent resident or Australian citizen
  • Experience working within the social housing sector is a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An ability to work autonomously or within a team
  • Positive, confident attitude

ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to the rapid expansion of the business, they are seeking a highly experienced and capable Site Supervisor with Social Housing Construction experience to join their tight knit team, working on a diverse range of projects within the business. Reporting directly to the Senior Managers this is a great role for a tenatious, highly capable career oriented person!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the successful applicant for this role, you will be responsible for;

  • Inspect, scope and report on works required
  • Supervise multiple projects from start to handover
  • Coordination of subcontractors and internal trades
  • Communicate effectively with clients, trades and office staff
  • Instigate and maintain WHS processes and compliance of the safety of all personnel on the worksites and much more….
