- Relevant building trade qualifications
- You must be a permanent resident or Australian citizen
- Experience working within the social housing sector is a must

ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to the rapid expansion of the business, they are seeking a highly experienced and capable Site Supervisor with Social Housing Construction experience to join their tight knit team, working on a diverse range of projects within the business. Reporting directly to the Senior Managers this is a great role for a tenatious, highly capable career oriented person!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As the successful applicant for this role, you will be responsible for;
- Inspect, scope and report on works required
- Supervise multiple projects from start to handover
- Coordination of subcontractors and internal trades
- Communicate effectively with clients, trades and office staff
- Instigate and maintain WHS processes and compliance of the safety of all personnel on the worksites and much more….
