It’s an exciting time to join Multiplex in Adelaide as our workbook increases and we are actively looking for experienced Site Supervisors to join our teams working on some great new construction projects! As a Multiplex Site Supervisor, you’ll be given everything you need to outperform and take your career further. Heading up teams of sub-contractors, you’ll assign work, coordinate tasks and deliver to the safety, time and quality standards our clients expect. Doing it well means going beyond knowing the financials and setting up programs of work. Success with us is about collaboration and focus. We’ll expect you to build great relationships with sub-contractors and the wider team. That’s how you drive the best results. That’s how we work.
Day to day you will supervise and coordinate teams to meet project goals; schedule and plan short-term programs of work; liaise with subcontractors and consultants to problem solve; keep your Site Manager informed and up to date; mentor junior team members; keep your work are safe at all times and all activities that ensures we deliver the project on time and within budget.

KEY SKILLET REQUIRED:

  • In-depth knowledge of building and construction Trades, supported by experience or qualifications
  • Proven site experience on mid to large-scale commercial projects
  • Knowledge of OH&S legislation, policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of Building Code of Australia
  • Confidence reading drawings
  • An overall understanding of all major construction disciplines - structures, steel, finisher, façade s and services.
    Nb these roles will be a staggered start over the next 5 months.
