How you make a difference:
The Site Support Services Coordinator a key member of the team and is responsible for carrying out the company’s strategy for new business transition activities and assessing existing contracts when requested. They will have expertise in all areas of clinical delivery and be able to think critically about operational processes, performing gap analyses and describing them effectively. The Site Support Services Coordinator will lead the implementation of the company’s tools, processes, and best practices to ensure operational success in their assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute all phases of new business transitions and provide assessment of existing site operations.
  • Tailor standard operating procedures and nursing responsibilities to specific sites during transitions, and provide role-specific training to onsite staff.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures of the company and facility, and maintain relationships with ACA and NCCHC.
  • Maintain regular communication on key performance indicators and statistics, and evaluate services and healthcare programs.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and performance of nursing policies and procedures, promote quality improvement standards, and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education

  • Associates Degree or higher in Nursing

Experience

  • Medical and / or Correctional industry knowledge/experience mandatory.
  • 3-5 years of Site experience, or equivalent, preferred.

Licenses/Certifications

  • RN or LPN licensure required.
  • Prefer Certified Correctional Health Professional (CCHP) Certification.
