We are currently seeking a skilled Site Team Manager to oversee site-level resources within Project Management Canada. Reporting directly to the PM Director, this role is integral to our commitment to excellence.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Willingness to travel up to 25% to project sites across Canada and ENERCON’s home office in Germany.
• Diploma in Construction or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years’ construction experience with strong technical skills.
• Excellent proficiency in English and French; German proficiency is advantageous.
• Extensive HR background with proven personnel management abilities.
• Strong collaborative problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and behavioral skills, including communication, motivation, teamwork, and leadership.
• Proactive with the ability to analyze situations and adapt to change.
• Autonomous, dedicated, and highly organized.
• Passionate about Renewable Energy.
