MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Matric (Grade 12); higher Technical qualifications;
• Clear criminal record;
• SA citizen;
• Must have valid drivers license;
• Must reside in Cape Town;
• Must be able to work overtime.
• Must be computer literate and be able to use Excel, Word and Outlook; and Ziton Planner
• Must have an understanding of basic electronics;
• Will be required to be calm under pressure/ must be hard working and respect and ahead to deadline imposed either internally or externally;
• Must have a keen problem solving ability and must be able to think on their feet;
• Must have experience in working with other people in a Group;
• Must be able to approach problems in a rational and logical manner;
• Must be able to use Power Hand tools, example angle grinder and soldering iron.
• Must be able to compile reports and investigate activities.
• Must have experience and qualifications with Gallagher, Milestone and Ziton systems and equipment. Ziton – Installations, Programming, Servicing.
• Gallagher and Milestone will be a plus.

Service and maintain , CCTV, Fire Detection and other site systems. Access Control, Barriers.
Ensure equipment is functioning correctly at all times;
Ensure equipment is clean and maintained as per the servicing schedules;
Respond to reported faults on the system;
Repair reported faults and report back to supervisors;
Liaise with team on site as well as supervisors as to status of kit, reported faults services etc.
