WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
- To assist the Training & Resourcing Manager in the planning and delivering of training courses to new and existing colleagues.
- To ensure full regulatory compliance and liaison with HSE, DFT and various enforcement agencies
- Liaise with Operational managers to ensure staff availability for training courses without causing disruption to the operation, conduct assessments and maintain training records
- Maintain knowledge and be kept up to date in relevant fields at all times
