Our company, a leading provider of end-to-end software services, is seeking a skilled Sitecore Engineer to deliver custom solutions for our diverse clientele. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, customizing, and maintaining Sitecore-based applications to meet our clients’ specific needs, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Sitecore solutions that cater to client requirements, enhancing their digital presence and user engagement.
• Collaborate with project managers, UX/UI designers, and clients to define project specifications and deliver bespoke Sitecore applications.
• Lead the integration of Sitecore applications with other systems and technologies to create cohesive and efficient digital ecosystems for clients.
• Manage the full lifecycle of Sitecore projects, from initial consultation and development through to maintenance and support.
• Ensure the technical quality of Sitecore implementations through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices in software development.
• Act as a Sitecore expert within the team, providing guidance and insights on the platform’s capabilities and latest advancements.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions for clients and internal teams to promote effective use of the Sitecore platform.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a strong background in web development and content management systems.
• Proven experience in Sitecore development, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, MVC, and familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional, scalable Sitecore solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in a client-service environment.
• Certified Sitecore developer credentials are highly desirable.
