Skilled Flat Roofer - Service

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 – 5 years of experience in Commercial Roofing
• Experience with TPO roofing applications
• Ability to be a team player that is dependable and reliable
• Have a valid Driver’s license and a reliable method of transportation
• Skilled in the use of hot air heat welders, robot welders, tear-off equipment, hydraulic hoists, and other roofing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and detect leaks
• Weight handling up to 45 kg (100 lbs.)
• Knowledge of Ontario safety regulations
• Access to tools/equipment and CSA-approved safety gear
• Must be flexible with working hours and able to work locally
• Working at Heights Certificate (We will pay for a training class if you do not have one valid)

• Install or replace commercial roofing systems such as TPO
• Install vabour barriers and/or layers of insulation on the roof decks of flat roofs and seal the seams
• Install, repair, or replace single-ply roofing systems
• Completion of roofing system on new construction projects and re-roofing projects
• Assist and help other team members with job requirements if needed
• Maintain Health & Safety standards and follow safety regulations
