JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Skilled Nursing Facility Recruiter, you’ll be an essential member of our team, responsible for sourcing talent to fulfill a wide range of roles across multiple facilities. From marketers to custodial staff, administrative personnel to operations staff, your role is pivotal in ensuring we have the right team in place to deliver top-notch services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and strategies.
  • Experience recruiting in the healthcare industry is a major plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, including Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and applicant tracking systems.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for finding and attracting top talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Utilize a variety of recruitment methods, including online job boards such as Indeed and ZipRecruiter, to attract and engage potential candidates.
  • Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates’ qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Candidate Experience: Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, serving as the main point of contact for candidates and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Maintain Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline status, and interview feedback, to drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
