Responsibilities:

• You have a central role in the development and design phase of NVH components, taking customer requirements and internal specifications into account
• Their goal is to always deliver the best robust design that meets all customer specifications
• You manage the tasks involved in the construction – from the tender to the design freeze – and control CAD and FEA activities
• You will conduct regular design reviews to validate results and ensure the quality of the design in compliance with all standards
• You will work closely with the application teams, delivery companies and factories to ensure best-in-class solutions

Qualifications:

• You have a bachelor’s degree in a technical field or comparable training
• You have experience in developing NVH solutions and in using CAD (Catia or NX) or FEA software to create and validate designs
• Using your analytical skills and creativity, you can translate a mechanical problem into an appropriate design
• You have strong communication skills and can communicate at eye level with various target groups, from management to technical specialists
• You are willing to constantly learn and thus further develop your skills using the latest technology
• As a team player with a high level of commitment, you know how to communicate in your local language and in English
