STEP INTO A SUPPORTIVE START

Your normal hours of work are 40 hours per week, 4.5 days a week. Due to the particular needs of the business we need to operate a rota system, therefore there are no normal times of work applicable to you and your daily hours, start and finish times will vary from time to time on a rota system. The rota operates Monday to Friday inclusive. In addition, you may also be required to participate in a Saturday rota working

• 2:4 Saturdays.

We are looking for someone who is caring, passionate and eager to learn and develop. Our team have many years of experience between them and are keen to share this knowledge and experience with graduates.
You will meet regularly with your Clinical Coach to discuss cases and your progress and meet separately with your Practice Manager who will ensure you are settling in and getting what you want from your role.
The rest of our team are always keen to help aid development so everyone will assist you on your journey from the nurses to the Clinical Directors.
