As a National Small Business Specialist, you will connect with care to business customers to help them start, run and grow their business. You will help new and existing customer by connecting with them through inbound/outbound and managing anz.com enquiries. By conducting quality needs based conversations to really understand the customer, their business and their goals you will be in a position to use your expert understanding of cash flow concepts and ANZ products to make tailored recommendations to help the customer. You will also have an understanding of the fundamentals of lending and be to refer the customer to specialist who can help.
