JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

  • Responsible for operational support for the SBS/Branch teams for Small Business across traditional, in-store and on-site retail branches within a CBB market/region.
  • Independently makes time sensitive, risk-based decisions of significant financial or other considerations.
  • Consults with SBS/Branch teams to provide effective risk management in compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures regarding small business.
  • Provides consultation for resolution of complex or escalated customer complaints and situations.
  • Sets the standard for partnership with SBS and Leaders within Market scope; solicits feedback to improve quality of delivery; is actively involved to ensure a healthy, productive partnership.
  • Partners with leaders within their assigned Market, as well as their Market Operations partners.
  • Provides enhanced training and on-boarding for new hires with respect to Small Business content.
  • Promotes a culture of collaboration- uniting with team members across functional areas- and keeping the customer at the center.
  • Embraces and role models a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and developing opportunities for efficiency.
  • Advocates on behalf of the employees within the branch network for customer-obsessed improvements across the bank.
  • Partners with internal Security groups to assist or respond to critical incidents.
  • Communicates with impact, directly and remotely, using strong presentation and influencing skills.
  • Consults with internal and external partners to provide analyses of legal cases involving the Bank.
  • Customer obsessed - Can make quick branch or district level decisions that effectively balance the risk between the customer and the bank.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Banking.
  • Retail banking experience
  • Solid understanding of all relevant banking regulations including Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, USA Patriot Act, Fair Lending.
