Our client is an accomplished and long established fund with billions in FUM. As part of their continued success they now wish to strengthen their team with the addition of a Small Caps Equity Analyst. This is an opportunity to play a significant role in a dynamic investment team within a growing business.
We are looking for a high calibre investment professional to assist with managing the fund’s investments across its two ASX listed investment companies. Typically an applicant will have over 5 years relevant experience in analysing listed securities or investing in listed securities on either the ‘buy’ or ‘sell’ side and ideally be able to point to an investment track record.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years of relevant experience with demonstrated success as an investment analyst on the ‘buy’ or ‘sell’ side
- A strong track record of making successful investment recommendations across a range of business models, company growth rates and market environments
- Intellectual curiosity and comfort taking risks
- Relevant experience in ASX listed equities
- Confident to express views and adept at presenting
- Ability and willingness to make decisions and execute under pressure and in uncertain times
- Strong academic credentials, CFA is strongly preferred
