Responsibilities:
As an SME Lending Manager, you will focus on supporting the holistic financial needs of small to medium enterprises, providing tailored banking solutions that create value for their businesses. You will play a key role in acquiring, growing and retaining a portfolio of customers through seeking new business opportunities, collaboration and building lasting relationships.
What will you bring to the Role?
- Relationship Management: engage with prospects and customers, establishing trust and developing long term relationships, form relationships with local bodies, networks and communities.
- Portfolio Management: manage a portfolio of customers through a holistic customer centric approach to support their business and other financial needs.
- Customer Solutioning: support your customers by understanding their needs and informing them about relevant products or services, and/or providing considered options, that meet their needs.
- Collaboration: support assessment of loans and work with internal functions to build the business partnership required to support an exceptional customer journey.
- Communication:effectively use written and verbal communication skills to negotiate desired outcomes for all stakeholders.
