Description:

The SME (Small & Medium-sized Enterprise) New Business Sales role is key in enabling the Company to grow and develop. Responsibilities:

This is an individual contributor role with a personal sales target.

The SME New Business Sales role is responsible for achieving revenue goals in the medium-sized segment while driving revenue growth and market penetration for Tympa Health Technologies Limited. This is a field sales role meeting prospects and customers face-to-face. The role builds and maintains relationships with key decision-makers in the Audiology, Care Home, Optical and Pharmacy segments, whilst:

  • executing the sales strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives;
  • working closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to create demand and drive sales;
  • building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in one or more of the audiology, care home, optical and / or pharmacy segments;
  • progressing opportunities from opportunity identification to deal closure, navigating the organisation to bring the right resources to drive sales;
  • collaborating with other departments within the organisation, such as product development and customer success, to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing success;
  • providing regular updates and reports to the UK General Manager on sales performance;
  • developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the ear and hearing healthcare industry, including emerging trends, competitors and regulations; and
  • performing other duties as assigned.
