This is an opportunity to be part of our SMSF Access Product, providing an affordable solution designed to meet the needs of clients wishing to derive the benefits of a SMSF without the associated cost and complexity.
It is the first initiative to come out of the acquisition of CLASS by HUB24 and is already garnering much hype and interest in the market. This is your opportunity to join HUB24 operations and be part of a newly established team that services this product, leveraging CLASS technology and HUB24 investment arm.
In this role you will be responsible for providing the highest quality self-managed superannuation fund (SMSF) compliance service, corporate trustee compliance service and client service to internal and external stakeholders.

THIS ROLE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR A RANGE OF CORE SMSF ANNUAL, PERIODIC AND QUARTERLY COMPLIANCE ACTIVITIES TO MEET REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS. THE ROLE INCLUDES:

• Carry out supervisory arrangement on behalf of HUB24 Management Services Pty Ltd to meet Tax Practitioners Board requirements.
• Prepare quarterly SMSF reports and documents to meet all the quarterly regulatory compliance requirements for SMSFs (including but not limited to BAS, IAS, TBAR).
• Prepare annual SMSF reports and documents reports to meet all the annual regulatory compliance requirements.
• Prepare SMSF pension establishment reports and minutes.
• Reconcile SMSF annual financial reports.
• Prepare working papers to meet SMSFs’ periodic, quarterly and annual regulatory reporting and compliance requirements.
• Liaise and facilitate SMSF audit with the external auditor.
• Ensure clients (via their Advisers) are made aware of their compliance obligations.
• Liaise with Advisers to ensure SMSF compliance requirements are met.
