QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- A relevant third level qualification in Engineering/Manufacturing/Science.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Engineering/Manufacturing/ Scientific field.
- Background in Electronic Engineering and Surface Mount Technology is highly desirable.
- Familiar with FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ machine qualifications.

Responsibilities:
- Implementing and maintaining medical device processes.
- Calculating and organizing all data for complex process flow sheets including instrumentation and control considerations.
- Ensure proper sequence of operation and prepare specifications and operating instructions for processing equipment.
- Conduct tests and measurements throughout stages of production to determine control over key parameters.
- Service, troubleshoot and solve engineering problems with processes or equipment already in operation.
- Ensure processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.
- Improve yields and run rates and decrease rejection rates.
- Root cause non-conformance issues.
- Evaluate new components and new processes.
- Responsible for corrective and preventive actions and investigation management
