We have fixed term positions available and as a Snow Rental Technician for the upcoming winter season. As a Snow Rental Technician you will be involved in the following;

• Ability to fit boots, skis and boards and identify the most suitable type of rental equipment, having assessed customers requirements and abilities.
• You will provide the necessary level of technical advice to customers, ensuring the best service and fit in town!
• Respond to booking requests and ensure work areas are kept organised.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:

With a friendly and outgoing personality, you will also possess the following:

• An obvious passion for snow sport and the outdoors
• Ideally, two previous seasons of experience working within a Snow Rental environment.
• Knowledge of technical and non-technical aspects of various ski hard-good brands
• Top-notch communication skills
• The ability to liaise and engage with a diverse range of customers.
• Ideally an understanding of outdoor products or an eagerness to expand your knowledge.
