Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Fleet Asset Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the business in all commercial aspects. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of quotations, tenders, and contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Maintenance of company documents, policies, procedures, and legal documents.
  • Handling disputes in accordance with hire agreements and liaising with company lawyers.
  • Ensuring compliance and control of documents such as the PPSR Register, asset insurance, registrations, and asset registers.
  • Initiating, reviewing, analyzing, planning, and administering the closing of contracts.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes to laws, legislation, and governance relevant to the business.
  • Maintaining commercial governance and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve the best possible commercial outcomes.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships internally/externally: team, clients, and subcontractors.

To be successful in the role, its important you have knowledge and experience in the following:
