Responsibilities:

SNR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT/BDM – WITH THE SUPPORT OF THE SALES DIRECTOR AND DELIVERY TEAM, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Development of new business relationships and account management/development.
  • Attend regular client meetings to build long-lasting business relationships.
  • Negotiate TOBs for temp and permanent recruitment services.
  • Main point of contact for client/s enquiries.
  • Work with the Delivery Team to ensure SLAs are met.
