As a SOC Analyst, your mission is to monitor multiple, different customer environments in terms of security and you will often be in contact with our customers.

During your internship, you will:

• Assist in the technical support and implementation of our SOC and SIEM solutions (IDR, XDR, NDR, ISR and End Point Protection)
• Analyse and handle unresolved incidents from the various customer environments (Incidence Response)
• If necessary, perform additional checks related to the IT environment (Threat Intelligence)
• Creating or modifying specific IoCs
• Evaluating and collecting data data (confirmations, running processes…) on our customers’ systems
• Evaluating and developing recovery actions
• Occasional on-call in case of incidents at our customer(s)
• Assist with SOC audits at customer sites
