Position: Social Care Manager
Location: Navan, Co. Meath
Hours: 39 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: EUR52,413- EUR59,975
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Social Care Manager for one of our Navan day services.
As a Social Care Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations and management of your assigned Day Service. Working closely with the Area Manager, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional quality services. The Social Care Manager must ensure that the service aligns with the HSE New Directions Policy, adhering to the organisation’s guidelines and standards.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates must possess a third-level qualification in one of the following fields: Social Care, Education and Training, Intellectual Disability Nursing, Allied Health Professions, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of five years of relevant post-qualification experience in Social Care Services
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• A valid and clean manual driving licence
