The position of Social Care Officer entails conducting Face to Face Care Act Assessments in the community, devising Support Plans when it is determined that a resident has care and support requirements, and carrying out initial evaluations of the services rendered. This is an unqualified social work role, and the ideal candidate should possess at least two years of practical experience in the field.
