SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE
- Previous experience working in a target driven environment with experience of growing new and existing social platform
- Experience of working in a target driven environment with an excitement to smash targets.
- A passion for social media with an understanding of Instagram, TikTok and Twitter (X).
- Organised – Calm under pressure and good at planning ahead.
- Able to move quickly and easily, embracing and responding to change.
- Ability to research a subject/topic and present findings in a constructive manner.
- An attention to detail in dealing with all matters and a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Ability to use own initiative and make effective decisions.

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Social Creative on a 10 month fixed-term contract! This role sits within our organic social agency team, translating knowledge, expertise and on-the-go research into content sourcing, content production, thematic pillars and calendars that drive organic growth, engagement, and cultural fit for our client’s Instagram, TikTok and X channels.
We’re looking for a creative thinker, in-tune with Gen Z culture, and through a keen eye for trends, in-jokes, and the latest and greatest creators, speaks the “language of the internet” fluently. You know how to leverage data to inform creative decisions that drive native and engaging social content.
