THE OPPORTUNITY

We have the exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced, ever-growing business as Social Media and Influencer Manager, championing our UK Joma Jewellery and US A Littles & Co brands.
Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, you will make an impact by driving exponential growth, developing creative engagement strategies and the management of our social channels and ambassador program.
You will live and breathe social and are an expert in emerging trends, while keeping your feet firmly rooted in our target audience’s world. Always combining strategic thinking with creative flair, the Social Media and Influencer Manager is a cross-function and crucial role for all our brand marketing activations, from global campaigns to local tactics and conversation drivers.
You will continually refine our social media strategy as the brands continue to grow, including best practice tactics to meet ambitious growth targets and drive brand equity.
This is a hybrid role meaning you’ll be based at our Head Office in Banbury, Oxfordshire 3 days a week on average, with the flexibility to work from home for the remainder of the week, this may flex up or down dependant on business needs. Due to the nature of social media, there will be ad-hoc requirements to work during weekends and evenings
