Are you ready to be the powerhouse behind incredible events and impactful marketing campaigns? We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our team at the Rev. Bill Crews Foundation (’BCF’). Here’s your chance to dive into a role where you’ll strategise, organise, and execute a variety of exciting events and marketing initiatives.
You’ll be our online expert, coordinating all things digital – from website updates to engaging social media posts. Your mission? Boost awareness by posting daily, attract donors, and foster community engagement.
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
- Take initiative to engage with the BCF community, bringing our stories online and nurturing connections.
- Promote the Foundation to the community by posting on BCF social media platforms daily in line with the Social Media policy.
- Assist with all online platforms, creating updates and executing strategies to increase audience and engagement.
- Develop and implement marketing and social media campaigns for the Foundation, working closely with each relevant department.
- Assist with the Rev. Bill Crews’ website blogs and podcast updates.
- Coordinate the content calendar ensuring that all posts have been reviewed, updated, scheduled, and published on time.
- Examine performance metrics for social media campaigns, gauge campaign effectiveness, detect patterns and produce informed reporting based on data.
- Oversee the various libraries of photos, logos, brand identity kits and marketing collateral.
- Develop and coordinate an email marketing strategy, with relevant stakeholders.
- Create and design promotional materials, when requested.
- Work with the Fundraising Manager to ensure marketing campaigns are in line with fundraising initiatives.
- Ensure the website content remains up to date by verifying accuracy with each department head and aligning the website branding with our established guidelines.
- Develop and implement engagement strategies for events and the events calendar.
- Promote events internally and externally in line with marketing duties.
