YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND VALUES

  • Academic Background: You finished a Bachelor or Master in Marketing, Communications or similar courses of study.
  • Branding, Marketing or Social Media background: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in D2C marketing or communications with proficiency in managing diverse communication channels such as Instagram, Facebook, and Newsletter.
  • Creative skills & Copywriting: The ability to design inspirational creatives in Canva, Photoshop or InDesign (Adobe). Even better is proven workshops and further education in design. In addition you have to find joy in copywriting and creating short and informational texts.
  • Health and Lifestyle Experience: Prior experience in the lifestyle/Health sector, coupled with a strong background in B2C (Business-to-Consumer) marketing/ communications. Knowledge of the unique challenges and opportunities within this space is highly valuable.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong ability in managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams. ensuring alignment with the product vision and objectives.
  • Exceptional project management skills that ensure you can manage the (social) channels on your own, take full responsibility and deliver within scope while balancing competing priorities.
  • Optional: You know how to present medical topics, break down studies and create high professional yet fun content formats.
  • Innovative Thinker: A strong, independent thinker with a resolute personality. Your innovative approach and unwavering commitment to driving progress are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic Junior Social Media Manager to drive our channel strategy, social media presence, and brand awareness as we pioneer innovation in the female technology space. You will spearhead the development and execution of our content channel strategy in line with our product vision, while leveraging various channels to engage and support women navigating menopause. This isn’t just a job; it’s an invitation to become a driving force in redefining an entire industry.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Channel Management: Lead and oversee the communication on Frieda’s main (social) channels and Newsletter including the different formats and be the content expert on all topics and themes that we educate about.
  • Campaigning: Become even more creative! You support every marketing campaign across all channels including messaging, creatives, text and the choice of the right channel mix.
  • Community Management: Manage and grow the Frieda Community to enable women to exchange & inspire and to create a safe space for them to learn from each other.
  • Internal Team Building: Help hiring and shaping the right team in-house and external. You will also be responsible for establishing a team of voices and faces for the brand that can help spread knowledge and engage the Community.
  • Attention to Business and Growth: You play a huge role in growth and brand awareness of Frieda and support the C-level team in strategic decisions and help to translate key messages into impactful content.
