Description:
- The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing engaging content and managing the social media presence of Maxmall Ltd.
- This role involves creating, curating, and posting content across various social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our website.
QUALIFICATIONS
- HND / BSc in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media content creation and management.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and concepts.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create graphics, videos, and written content that align with the company’s brand voice and marketing goals.
- Foster a sense of community and engage with social media influencers to promote brand loyalty.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of content and campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Schedule and post content on social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and feedback, and respond appropriately.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement social media campaigns.
- Track the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Engage with followers and potential customers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on the latest so trends, tools, and best practices.
- Implement new strategies to keep the company’s social media presence current and effective.
