Description:

  • The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing engaging content and managing the social media presence of Maxmall Ltd.
  • This role involves creating, curating, and posting content across various social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our website.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • HND / BSc in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media content creation and management.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and concepts.
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Create graphics, videos, and written content that align with the company’s brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Foster a sense of community and engage with social media influencers to promote brand loyalty.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of content and campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Schedule and post content on social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and feedback, and respond appropriately.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement social media campaigns.
  • Track the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Engage with followers and potential customers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
  • Stay updated on the latest so trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Implement new strategies to keep the company’s social media presence current and effective.
