Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth across several platforms.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content, including text, images, and both short and long form videos, tailored to each social media platform.
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with comments and messages on our social media channels in a timely and engaging manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Analyse social media data and performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Be comfortable presenting to the camera for livestreams, stories, and other video content.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including but not limited to other marketing departments, Communications, Operations (both Australia and New Zealand), Vocal, Legal and Franchisee

Responsibilities:

The Social Media & Content Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our social media presence across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok and YouTube. They will have the opportunity to craft compelling content, engage with our community, and contribute to our brand’s growth and reputation.
