JOB DESCRIPTION:

Join our vibrant team at Amity Global Institute in Singapore as a Social Media Coordinator! We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to manage our social media presence and engage with our diverse community of students, faculty, alumni, and prospective students. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will play a key role in promoting Amity’s programs, events, and achievements across various social media platforms.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
  • Previous experience managing social media accounts for an educational institution, preferably in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok, as well as social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content ideas that resonate with Amity’s target audience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to promoting Amity Global Institute’s mission and values.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to elevate Amity Global Institute’s brand awareness and engage with our target audience.
  • Create compelling content, including posts, videos, and stories, that showcase Amity’s academic offerings, campus life, student testimonials, and industry partnerships.
  • Monitor social media channels to respond to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
  • Stay informed about social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to enhance Amity’s online presence.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for optimization.
