JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 year of experience working with digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
  • Understanding of general digital marketing terms and tactics (SEM, SEO, targeted display, social media).
  • Track records of social media and email campaigns success.
  • Logical, process-oriented person who effectively and strategically contributes to campaigns.
  • Highly analytical and creative thinker who is comfortable working with ambiguity and is genuinely passionate about data and analytics.
  • Professional demeanor; comfortable presenting to and interacting directly with clients and management.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate in various team environments with dynamic priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Quick-witted; understands and offers solutions regarding various responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with business constituents to develop digital marketing plans and programs.
  • Execute our social media strategy by developing our social media calendar and its content, monitoring and reporting on our engagement and positioning.
  • Monitor social media trends, engage with the audience, and leverage social listening tools to gather insights and drive engagement strategies.
  • Oversees and executes email marketing campaigns, from creative development through execution.
  • Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
  • Understand, customize, and optimize the entire campaign management process to include new campaign requirements, development tests, production execution and quality control.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness.
  • Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • Stay in tune with industry news across our various markets.
