REQUIREMENTS

  • A strong self-starter personality as the work is primarily remote, working with the international team daily
  • Several years’ experience with strong social media skills relating to content creation across all platforms (primary platforms used are YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Proven record and portfolio of content creation essential
  • Strong knowledge of social media algorithms and reach strategies an advantage
  • Strong technical know-how related to video editing, reel production, and graphic design skills for social media
  • Background in marketing, journalism, media studies a strong advantage
  • The candidate must also be a bit bonkers, weird in a good way and be a good fit with an international creative team

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create social media content (across all relevant channels)
  • Curate content across channels
  • Mine the significant current video, image, audio and text-based assets and output frequent professional content across all channels
  • Capture new video, image and audio-based assets for creative execution
  • Manage the social media frequency and reach
  • Track and report on all relevant KPIs relating to content
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director and Visual Director on all campaigns
  • Continuously improve the quality of the social media output as the channels, algorithms and technology evolves
  • Manage the trade and general media / PR exposure for the brand
  • Schedule and organise interviews (TV, radio, press)
  • Leverage the output/assets across social media

PODCAST RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pivot the podcast audio and video assets for social media and website
  • Manage/schedule some aspects of podcast production (producers, studios)
  • Have input/manage the podcast guesting strategy
  • Have input/manage the podcast schedule
  • Maximise reach and effectiveness of the podcasting strategy
