Description:

DO YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE TO BE A SUCCESSFUL SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER?

  • Strong conception of social media platforms and how brands can engage audiences through social content
  • Substantial experience of and proven ability to manage and develop an organisation’s social media channels
  • Confidence with owned channel social media analytics and insight tools like Brandwatch
  • Strong influencing skills including persuasive speaking and presentation skills and writing skills
  • Experience of how to positively portray people with lived experience and provide them with an empowered role in the storytelling process
  • Adapts to changing and / or new, sudden onset demands revising plans, content, and approaches as needed
  • Team or major project management experience.
