Description:
DO YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE TO BE A SUCCESSFUL SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER?
- Strong conception of social media platforms and how brands can engage audiences through social content
- Substantial experience of and proven ability to manage and develop an organisation’s social media channels
- Confidence with owned channel social media analytics and insight tools like Brandwatch
- Strong influencing skills including persuasive speaking and presentation skills and writing skills
- Experience of how to positively portray people with lived experience and provide them with an empowered role in the storytelling process
- Adapts to changing and / or new, sudden onset demands revising plans, content, and approaches as needed
- Team or major project management experience.
