Description:

MISSION:

To enhance the social media presence and reputation of Wantable Private Brands specifically on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, aligning with business priorities to dramatically elevate social program KPIs within a condensed timeframe (30 days, 30-40 hours per week).

Job Description:
The Social Media Manager & Content Creator will be responsible for crafting, developing, and executing highly engaging social content tailored specifically for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. This role requires a creative, dynamic individual who can operate under tight deadlines, produce compelling content that resonates with our audience, and drive significant improvements in our social media engagement and brand visibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage innovative social media strategies that focus on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook to boost brand awareness and online reputation. (within provided brand guidelines)
  • Create the social media content calendar, ensuring strategic planning and precise goal setting for each platform.
  • Generate and publish high-quality written and visual content tailored to the functionalities and audiences of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Content can be created by the person in this role using tools of their choice or using Wantable’s preferred tools such as Canva, Capcut, Native platforms, etc. There is also a library of assets the person in this role will have access that should be utilized where possible.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to craft creative campaigns that meet brand KPIs and enhance audience engagement.
  • Utilize a variety of tools from automated DMs, sweeps, and collaborations as needed and approved by the CMO.
  • Collaborate as needed with influencers, content creators, and internal teams to maximize brand impact across designated platforms.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies in real time to achieve desired outcomes.

Expected Outcomes for this position:

  • Build multiple testing strategies per week across the channels and platforms.
  • Achieve a significant increase in social engagement metrics (targeting an engagement rate of 1.25% or higher and over 1500 reels views per reel. Bonus points if it reaches over 10K)
  • Grow organic followers by 10% on Instagram and TikTok in 30 days..

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing high-impact social media campaigns specifically on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Strong creative and analytical skills to produce data-driven, engaging content.
  • Proficiency in digital content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Capcut and/or video editing software.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under contract terms and produce significant outputs quickly.

Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of direct hands-on experience in social media management, preferably with brands that have over 100K followers on the aforementioned platforms.
  • Demonstrable ability to create visually appealing and effective multimedia content.
  • Available to work in Milwaukee; this position is not eligible for 100% remote work. Thursday’s are a mandatory 9-5PM at HQ and full use of Photo Studio content and product is acceptable.

This role reports to the CMO.
