Description:

Social Media Manager
We are seeking a creative, driven and talented full-time Social Media Manager to join our expanding, multi-skilled marketing team based in Sydney.

As the Social Media Manager your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies aligning with overall marketing objectives, focusing on driving brand awareness growth.
  • Creating, curating, briefing and scheduling engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok (design resources will be available).
  • Ensuring consistent MoM growth of organic reach and engagement across all social media platforms.
  • Monitoring social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly, and fostering meaningful interactions with our audience.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop visually appealing and cohesive content that reflects our brand’s unique identity and position in the market.
  • Planning and executing social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
  • Working closely with our partners (including the Sydney Swans) to run social media brand collaborations to further drive brand awareness.
  • Analysing social media metrics and performance data to track KPIs, identify trends, and optimise strategies for improved reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing to keep our brand ahead of the competition.
  • Coordinating with influencers, UGC creators, partners, and affiliates to amplify our social media reach and leverage their networks to promote our services.
  • Ensuring all content is aligned with both our written and visual brand identities.

ABOUT YOU

Skills and experience we are looking for:

  • You live and breathe social media and how to engage audiences.
  • A Strong understanding of social media platform algorithms and best practices.
  • A strong interest in and knowledge of cryptocurrencies and the crypto ecosystem is essential.
  • 4+ years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and graphic design software such as the Adobe Suite.
  • Must have experience in the marketing and promotion of well-established brands/or have social media side projects with a strong following and engagement.
  • Ability to work with allocated budgets.
  • Ability to confidently deal with brand partners and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative content ideas and campaigns.
  • Highly organised and efficient time management skills.
  • Meticulous planning and attention to detail.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing and Communications or a related field are advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
