QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the healthcare industry in a multi-site organization.
  • Demonstrated experience with proactive development of social media programs and planning.
  • Exceptional relationship building and consulting skills
  • Understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, and SEO.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools and creativity in design.
  • Excellent attention to detail and grammar.
  • Experience with applications such as WordPress, Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with major social platforms such as SOCi (or other social media management tool), LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and major marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Social Media Manager at Ivy, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our multi-site organization’s social media presence. Your primary focus will be on recruitment activities, but you’ll own our entire social presence, overseeing both our corporate accounts and 600+ location accounts, ensuring all platforms are regularly updated with engaging content. You’ll collaborate with Marketing leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy, while also providing guidance to Talent Acquisition and operational/clinical teams on advertising and social media strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate social media strategy in collaboration with Marketing leadership.
  • Maintain and optimize a centralized social calendar, creating engaging, on-brand content and posting regularly across all platforms.
  • Manage all social paid advertising initiatives to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Monitor and respond to users in a timely and engaging manner, collaborating with internal experts as needed.
  • Compile monthly reports showing ROI and engagement metrics and stay updated on social media trends and tools.
  • Provide training and mentorship on social media best practices to team members.
  • Evaluate risks and opportunities in user-generated content and report to management as appropriate.
  • Set goals, track performance, and analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  • Launch and manage new social media accounts, including TikTok, and support other social media initiatives as needed.
