We are a small team with great ambition, and we are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to elevate our online presence, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement across all social media platforms.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a B2B environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and design skills in graphic design and video production.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE:

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to effectively manage and grow Uptalent.io’s social media presence, create engaging and high-quality content, drive user engagement, and contribute to lead generation and conversion through strategic social media initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy:
  • Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Plan and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Content Creation and Management:
  • Design and produce high-quality graphics, videos, and other visual content for social media posts and ads.
  • Write compelling copy for social media posts, ensuring consistency with the brand voice.
  • Manage and oversee social media content calendar.
  • Engagement and Community Management:
  • Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and comments, providing timely responses.
  • Foster and grow an active online community, encouraging engagement and interaction.
  • Advertising and Campaigns:
  • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor ad performance, optimize campaigns, and report on ROI.
  • Metrics and Analysis:
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and platform-specific insights.
  • Provide regular reports on social media performance and suggest data-driven improvements.
  • Collaboration and Leadership:
  • Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Manage and mentor junior social media staff or interns as needed.
  • Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers for specialized projects when necessary.
