Social Media Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our Outbound Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for executing and enhancing our social media strategy, engaging with our audience, and contributing to the overall social media marketing efforts. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and technical proficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of social media experience or relevant positions.
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop for design tasks.
• Familiarity with photo and video editing tools.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Strong communication skills including phone, email, and instant messaging.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Practical experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets, particularly MS Office and Google Drive tools.
• Preferred qualification in social media, digital marketing, business, or related field.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Reliable internet connection with at least 100mbps speed.
• Good camera and microphone for active participation in brainstorming sessions.
• Noise-canceling headset for clear communication.
• Laptop with a minimum of 8GB RAM and i5 processor or equivalent.
