Location: Australia - 100% Remote / Home Working (Must permanently live in Australia & have the right to work without restrictions to apply for this role)
Pay Rate: $28 AUD per hour
Contract: 12-month initial contract (Highly likely to be extended, but no guarantees) - Self-employed contractor. Responsible for own taxes.
Hours of work: 20 hours per week - Part Time

THE ROLE:

The team at Twinkl create resources for primary teachers and educators and we would love for our resources to reach as many educators as possible across Australia! As we continue to grow and want to expand the resources and the support we can offer, we need to grow our team, and that’s where you come in!
We are looking for someone to join our marketing team. This fun role will give you the opportunity to play a key part in developing and marketing the Twinkl brand. We are looking for a social media-savvy individual who would enjoy the chance to post relevant, engaging and informative content on behalf of the Twinkl team. We are well-established on Facebook and Instagram and are looking to extend into other channels including Tik Tok, Twitter and Pinterest.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL LEARN:

• How to write copy in the Twinkl tone of voice and how to schedule social media posts
• How to analyse social media data and how to optimise the times at which you schedule your posts

TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Be a fantastic communicator who thrives when working in a close-knit team
• Have excellent spelling and grammar
• Have a thorough knowledge of the Australia primary market, and of our customers
• Be passionate about using social media to create strong and supportive communities
• Be able to work under own initiative with minimum supervision but also as part of a team
• Be organised and adaptive, able to work to tight deadlines and manage your time effectively
• Be able to work collaboratively
